From scratch models (P2U/Public Files) TOS:

You cannot upload any P2U avatars as public unless in a heavily edited state.

Nothing I sell is for commercial use unless it states otherwise on the listing. You cannot redistribute the files to these models, for free or for money even if edited.

Commissions can be taken with these models as long as both parties own the model. You can also make assets or textures and sell them as long none of the original model is included.

You can edit my models however you like, just don't put anything offensive or illegal on them. Anything NSFW should be kept away from minors and among adult spaces only!

Commissions TOS:

Keep in mind that I will be as accurate as I can to a reference sheet with colours and shading! If there is minimal/no shading on the reference I will reflect that on the model.

I must get at least half payment up front, this is to prevent scammers! (full if it is gift cards)

For any kind of use, you MUST credit me!

As everyone does, I have a life outside of my computer so you cannot rush me or expect me to be done soon after your request.

Do not claim the work I have done as your own. Even if you have edited the model to any extent I still made the model.

You can edit your commission however you like (even NSFW, just nothing offensive) or have someone else edit, you can also use it for streaming or make it public on vrchat if you'd like.

You cannot resell the model even if edited.

You may request a specific asset to be added you will just need to buy the asset for me (and yourself depending on the creator's TOS)

I have the right to deny any request.
